I have two XML files with similar patient data, but cannot determine why Patient 6404 is not meeting the numerator, but patient 6840 is meeting the numerator.  In Cypress, I am seeing that Patient 6404 is not meeting the Diastolic < 90 on Most Recent BP day.  However, the patient has a diastolic of 80 on 3/9, 100 on 3/9 and 100 on 1/8.  I believe the lowest (80) on the most recent day (3/9) should count.   --Thanks
