Patients will be updated to include the required information (frequency, dosage, refills) when the next measure bundle is created in the late Spring. We are working to create guidance in the interim that will prescribe the dosage, frequency, etc. for these measures

The BH_Adult_D.html file from the Cypress 2.3 bundle has a medication with a "Cumulative Medication Duration" (CMD) field that has a value of 106 days. How is this value for the CMD supposed to be represented in the QRDA Cat 1 file for the BH Adult D patient?

Right now it seems that the CMD is represented in the QRDA Cat 1 as the difference between the high and low values of the medication's effective time. This does not seem correct according to the QRDA Cat 1 Implementation Guide where in section 7.25.1 it states the the CMD can be computed as:

"the sum of the number of medication dispensed days x number of medication refills over a set period of time, excluding any gaps during which a medication was not dispensed"

The QRDA Cat 1 file for the patient BH Adult D does not have any data regarding medication refills.

Attached is the HTML and QRDA Cat 1 files for the BH Adult D patient.
