Consider the test Patients A, BH_Adult and B, BH_Adult.
Both the patients above has more than one encounter that satisfies the $BHEncounter criteria below:
$BHEncounter =
"Encounter, Performed: BH Outpatient encounter" satisfies all
>= 42 day(s) starts before end of "Measurement Period"
starts after start of "Measurement Period"
But, they fail one of the IPP condition below:
AND NOT: Occurrence A of $BHEncounter < 180 day(s) starts after start of Union of:
"Encounter, Performed: BH Outpatient encounter" satisfies any
during "Diagnosis, Active: BH Condition Involving Bipolar Disorder"
during "Diagnosis, Active: BH Condition Involving Unipolar Depression"
................................
...........
The issue is, we have two or more encounters that starts >=42 days before the end of measurement period and at least one encounter that starts less than 180 days after start of unipolar depression or bipolar disorder diagnosis. As a result, both the patients fails IPP so we could not match the population counts with cypress for these patients only for this measure.
