I am using Cypress 3.0.0 final version for 2015 Edition.

For CMS169V4,One patient getting extra in IPP.(patient : DEREK MANN)
I have gone through issue reported by Gnanas Kandhan K :CQM Issue Tracker/CQM-1873

I have issue for the same.
I have attached screenshot for the HTMl definition of measure.
1.In first "AND" condition ,its compulsory.
And in "AND NOT" condition its in Union,so its satisisfying same condition .Also its <180 days (getting 31 days result for extra patient)

AND: Union of:
"Diagnosis, Active: BH Condition Involving Unipolar Depression"
"Diagnosis, Active: BH Condition Involving Bipolar Disorder"
starts during Occurrence A of $BHEncounter

I have attached patients XMl files,Cypress screenshots,HTML definition screenshot.Please fix this ASAP.
Till date,This measure has been passed for more than 50 test products,but got fail for only 1 test product.

Please reply ASAP.
