2019 EH measure testing, patient file (attached) has 2 files for Bernice McCormick and each file contains a Patient Characteristic Expired entry.  The files have different ids so the files are seen to be unique so the entry duplication test is verified by our software and the Patient Expired entry in both files fails that test.  In our assessment, the second file is considered duplicate.

This scenario seems to break the duplicate file/entry test pattern we have been using to test in Cypress.

Can you please confirm with the file attached.
