      Dear Team,

      We are using Cypress 3.2.3 for validating QRDA CAT I files. During the  CMS26 -CAC03 file validation in Cypress, getting the following QRDA Error Message. 

      SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] templateId ([CONF:2228-13182|conf:2228-13182]) such that it SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @root="2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.82" ([CONF:2228-13183|conf:2228-13183]).

      Please guide me to resolve this QRDA error.
