CMS v4.0.1 CMS153v7 file with code 31772-7  -not in eCQM value sets as of September, 2018

      Measure ID: CMS153v7 
      Value SET: eCQM value sets as of September, 2018

      In cypress bundle we received LIONC code "31772-7", however in the latest value set as of September, 2018, there is no LIONC code "31772-7" mapped to measure CMS153v7.

      Attached Patient file.

      Due to above issue, the patient is not getting numerator status. On other hand, Cypress results indicates that patient should get numerator.
