      Measure ID: CMS68v8
      Value SET: eCQM value sets as of September, 2018

      In cypress bundle we received CPT code "99024", however in the latest value set as of September, 2018, there is no CPT code "99024" mapped to measure CMS68v8.

      Attached Patient file.

      Due to above issue, the generated QRDA file is unable to pass CMS68v8 on cypress tool.
