During the testing today C1-C3; the proctor submitted CMS 104 only for manual testing; however when the system validated a few fields from measures CMS 71,72, and 107 also validated which should have not been the case since only once measure was submitted. Will you identify the issue and if this would have  caused all files not to validate.
