Hi, I wasn't sure if you need a new issue opened on this now that you've upgraded to version 4.0.1. Please respond on issue CYPRESS-1480 if that makes more sense.
 
This issue is with vender PI2, test deck PI2_TEST7 on 10/14. The issue is with the problem filter for C4 for CMS165v7. Cypress will only pass this test if all patients are included regardless of problem status. This may be the same issue as CYPRESS-1480, "Unable to pass C4 filter test for SNOMED filter..." It appears this issue was not corrected with the Cypress 4.0.1 upgrade. Let me know if you need screen shots of anything.
 
BTW, I noticed that the Cypress web page banner now says that I "need to re-register due to the recent Cypress 4 upgrade". I wasn't sure what this meant as my old user ID, billgoforth@gmail.com, still works. Anyway, I created a new account using email address piehrmail@gmail.com before creating the above PI2_TEST7 test deck.
