Reason for Device, Order Not Done is not appropriately defined in the QRDA CAT I file generated from Cypress 3.2.3

      I have also attached the test file generated from Cypress 3.2.3.

      This issue has been discussed in the JIRA item Cypress-1313. However, it seems the issue is still present within Cypress 3.2.3? So I'm creating this item to understand how we need to address this issue for our certification testing.
