Logic affecting more than 1 eCQM Question
CMS 128v5
Patient Z1 BH Adult
Numerator for Population 1 reads as:
AND: Sum>= 84 day(s): "Medication, Active: Antidepressant Medication (cumulative medication duration)" <= 114 day(s) ends after start of $InitialDepMedication
Meaning, for the 114 days after the InitialDepMedication, if the patient has 84 days of Antidepressant Medication, then patient meets numerator.
For this patients, InitialDepMedication is:
Medication Dispensed
Code: RXNORM, 993541, Medication, Dispensed: Antidepressant Medication
Date: 2015-10-06 09:00:00 AM to 2015-10-06 09:00:00 AM
This is followed by a 210 days supply of:
Medication Active
Code: RXNORM, 993541, Medication, Active: Antidepressant Medication
Date: 2015-10-06 09:00:00 AM to 2016-05-04 09:00:00 AM
So the patient does have >= 84 days of medication following 2015-10-06. In Cypress he is listed as not meeting the numerator, but as far as I can tell he should be meeting numerator.
This patients appears in the numerator for Population 2.
Specifically the medication is as follows:
Medication, Active: Antidepressant Medication
RxNorm 993541
2015/10/06 09:00 to 2016/05/04 09:00
Fulfillment History
2015-10-06 (90 days supply)
October 6th +90 days = January 3
2016-01-04 (90 days supply)
January 4th +90 days = April 3
2016-04-04 (30 days supply)
April 4th + 30 days = May 4th
So that gives us 210 days of continuous supply starting October 6th and ending May 4th.
