In preparing to certify one of our products, we have created a Cypress test for measure 128v6.  Attached is the QRDA1 file for a patient who, according to Cypress, should not be in numerator 1 for this measure.  (In case it matters, the template for this patient is Z1 BH Adult.) However, Cypress does think this patient should be in numerator 2.  I am unable to figure out the logic behind this, as the patient clearly seems to have over 90 days of medication active in the 114 days following the medication dispensed event.  Can you clarify if this is a bug in Cypress or whether I am missing something?
