      In CMS156 ,for patient 'Jordan Hcyes' QRDA cat1 is expecting encounters of 2015 year.

      There are 3 entry tags missing of type 'Encounter performed Act' which are having codes SNOMEDCT,HCPCS,CPT.

      The codes which are missing are for dateofservice of 2015 year and as per measure spec all data should be within reportingperiod ie: 2016
