      Hello,

We are using version 3.2.1 of the Cypress testing tool and we have seen a sporadic issue with duplicated patients generated from the Cypress test deck who have the Transfer from entry. If the patients name is misspelled in the QRDA1 the C1 test is failed and Cypress reports the reason as being "Cannot find expected entry with templateId = 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.81 with valueset"

If I manually go into the QRDA1 and modify only the patient name an re-upload the file the file will then pass. During the de-duplication process our application assumes that the last QRDA1 received is going to have the latest and greatest information on the patient. this works 99% of the time unless the duplicated patients name is misspelled in a way that makes it the second entry in the zip file.

I am not sure the reason why the comparison for the Transfer From entry is taking patient name into account in the validation process, but de-duplicating becomes impossible in this scenario as you are not able to programmatically determine the appropriate spelling of the patients name.

I am attaching the 2 QRDA1s downloaded from the Cypress test deck as well as the QRDA1 producing the C1 error and the Corrected file (fixed patient name spelling) which passes the validation.

Is this an issue in the Cypress tool or if its working as designed would we be able to get some guidance on how to successfully de-duplicate the patients with misspelled names?

      Thank you,
