When uploading a QRDA 1 document to the cypress validator, if there is a style sheet processing instruction, cypress will fail with the following error:
undefined method `_id' for nil:NilClass

This worked in prior versions, and the attached document will validate correctly if the style sheet instruction is removed (<?xml-stylesheet type='text/xsl' href='QRDA.xsl'?>).
