RESPONSE from CMS: We are strongly urging EHR vendors seeking certification for the EHR Incentive Program to use the prior version of this measure, CMS140v1, published in December 2012. Eligible professionals are also strongly urged to use CMS140v1 for reporting for the EHR Incentive Program in 2014. Eligible professionals will receive credit for the EHR Incentive Program for reporting either version of the measure through attestation. 2.
