      Value set 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.286 "Conditions Possibly Justifying Elective Delivery Prior to 39 Weeks Gestation" contains ICD9 / ICD10 / SNOMED codes. The ICD9 and ICD10 are mutually consistent and refer to a reasonable collection of pregnancy-related conditions; the SNOMED codes are inconsistent and contan an apparently random collection of brain procedures.
