      Hello,

The value set "Active Bleeding or Bleeding Diathesis, Excluding Menses" (2.16.840.1.113883.3.3157.4036) includes SNOMED code Bleeding (131148009).

SNOMED is a hierarchical coding system. If we are to look at Gastrointestinal hemorrhage (74474003), it is a child of Hemorrhage of digestive system (788951001), which is a child of Bleeding (131148009).

We would like to confirm for an eCQM that both 788951001 and 74474003 should be considered to be part of the "Active Bleeding or Bleeding Diathesis, Excluding Menses (2.16.840.1.113883.3.3157.4036) value set as they are children of a member in the value set.

Example measure is CMS996v5 (for some reason I can't select that one).
