I have been requested to ask if the start of the encounter time would begin if a triage provider initates orders while patients are waiting in the waiting room? Second question is if there is a timeframe that applies to re-admissions? Third question is what type of documantion is required within the 24hr period? Is this only provider, RN, or both? TX
