We have clients who have some pharmacy data that only contains RXNORM codes with just the generic name of the mdeication without dose or route. For example, the only data we receive is "RXNORM 723 Amoxicillin". Wanting to know if this code would be appropriate to map to one of the Amoxicillin codes wihtin the Antibiotic Medications for Upper Respiratory Infection value set? Would ask for the otehr medication within the value set.

Additionally, would this apply to CMS 146 as well since the specifications for both measures aren't specifically looking for dose and route within the CQL?
