Our current EHR is measuring any ejection fraction taken over the history of the patient. It is critical to define the what is meant by prior ejection fraction value to determine if the patient will be included in the denominator or just into the initial population.

Can you please clarify the scenario of ejection fraction values and if the patient would be included in the denominator or just in the initial population as they meet the eligible encounter and diagnosis criteria.

      11/18/2025 = 60%

      11/1/2024 = 59%

      10/13/2023 = 64%

      3/16/2022 = 35%

Should this patient just be in the initial population or also in the denominator?
