    • Patients prescribed Suboxone are falsely excluded from the measure unless they also have a diagnosis of OUD. Reports are showing patients prescribed Suboxone without a diagnosis of OUD underrepresented in the numerator.

      What is the rationale behind excluding MOUDs with naloxone from the Schedule II, III and IV opioid list for discharge medications. For the intent of this measure, they should be included. By that logic, any patient discharged on an opioid WITH a prescription of naloxone should also be excluded.
