      We have discovered 2 Opioid/dosings that are not included in the Value Sets for the HH ORAE measure.

      The Fentanyl administrations from ERX FENTANYL CITRATE 0.05 MG/ML IJ SOLN (WRAPPED) [700052] are not getting registered because the RxNorm Code associated with the ERX (4337) is not in the value set for Opioids (all). 

      This is resulting in patients not hitting numerator status after administration of this drug and then require Narcan within 12 hours.
