Hospital has had two cases in which the first EKG upon arrival to ED was normal. After some time in the ED, another EKG showed a STEMI. PCI was completed within 90 minutes of the STEMI diagnosis; however, these cases were counted as a fallout because the PCI was not within 90 minutes of the ED arrival time. Is it possible to make an exception for these cases? At the least, I would like to provide this feedback.
