      Good afternoon, I wanted to ask a question regarding depression screening requirements. Can patients' complete depression screening questionnaires (e.g., PHQ-2/PHQ-9) prior to an office or telehealth visit? In other words, may the screening be self-reported ahead of the encounter, or must it be performed and documented during the visit?
