      If a patient has two compliant colorectal cancer screening results documented in their Electronic Health Record both within the appropriate time frame- for example there is a colonoscopy dated 2/1/2021 and another colonoscopy dated 5/1/2025 Which screen date should be reported - the oldest compliant screening (2/1/2021) or the newer compliant screening (5/1/2025)?
