This draft version of the measure was posted on CQM-8267 as part of the vendor and implementer review period for 2027 reporting, which is designed to give vendors and implementers a preview of the measure changes under consideration for the subsequent reporting period. However, the measures posted during this review period are draft - not final - measures.

      Previously, the measure was listed as the mandatory reporting start date for CY2028 as Oct 1, 2027.  In the document CSM826-v3.1.003, it lists the data collection period as January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027  Which is correct?
