      In Measure eCQM 149: Dementia: Cognitive Assessment, a statement was added to the Numerator for 2026 reporting to say "preceding a dementia encounter during the measurement period." I would like to know if a Gastroenterologist provider is allowed to report this measure as long as they have an E/M code along with a proper screening that is required for the measure?
