    • There are two known issues with the 2025 CMS-506 logic and we will be validated by CDAC on these eCQMs. If review of the chart does not match the logic provided by CMS, we may unfairly be counted for a mismatch.

      How is CMS handling known issues in logic for eCQMs that will be validated by CDAC and impact IQR reimbursement?  CMS-506 has two known issues that may impact denominator exclusion outcomes when compared to reviewing the chart, but the guidance from CMS is to follow the provided CMS506v7 logic.  eCQM Known Issue - EKI-31
