    • We are requesting this case be considered an exclusion as there was clinical indication for the hysterectomy.

    • PC.07(b) Numerator that we feel should have been an exclusion.

      Patient had a planned repeat C/S x 4 and hysterectomy for abnormal uterine bleeding with desired definitive surgical management.  This patient fell into the PC.07(b) numerator but we are questioning why as there was a clinical indication for the hysterectomy.
