    • Hospitals need this guidance immediately in order for accurate data collection for a mandatory eCQM for Promoting Interoperability

      Need direct link to the CMS guidance, CMS document,  or CMS announcement that provides the most recent  zero denominator and case threshold exemption guidance. We have searched the MLN tools, the eCQI Resource Center and the federal register, but we are unsure what is the most recent and up todate. Please advise. Thank you.  This is for a mandatory eCQM(s) - specifically Safe Use of Opioids Concurrent Prescribing.
