       have a question about CMS 155 Weight Assessment and Counseling for Nutrition and Physical Activity for Children and Adolescents measure Original Concern: The measure specifies patients aged 3-17 who had an outpatient visit with a primary care physician or obstetrician-gynecologist. However, we are seeing patients included who have only visited ENT or orthopedic providers and have not seen any primary care provider. When we asked our EHR vendor about this, they explained that the specifications, as written, pull in any patient with a qualifying visit and do not exclude those who only saw specialists such as orthopedics or ENT.
