      I have a case minimum question and will provide a scenario:

      • Strata 1 and 3 both have 300 patients in the denominator
      • Strata 2 has 18 patients in the denominator

      Question - Practices are scored on Strata 2; however, is the case minimum requirement based on Strata 2 or Strata 1?

      • In the example above, Strata 2 is below the 20 patient case minimum but Strata 1 and 3 are above the 20 patient case minimum.
