Please provide clarification regarding how to code medications not done for QRDA I. The test data from Cypress includes an example of Communication Not Done, but this appears to be contrary to what was included in the QRDA I implementation guide since it uses a negation indicator rather than a templated section. Since there are no test cases that include medications not done, we have no way to validate if the coding we have done is correct or not.
