CPAP alone during the delivery encounter, with no preexisting illness, requiring its use should be a Severe Obstetric Complication. In your example, was that the only complication or could all the encounter diagnoses be provided for us to review?

      Trying to determine whether a patient requiring CPAP alone would qualify a patient for the numerator. I did not think this would qualify a patient for the numerator, but the SNOMED code 448134000 is in the Value Set 2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1029.256.
