That logic snapshot should be interpreted as follows: During the eligible encounter, the most recent nutrition assessment result performed will be prioritized and evidence must exist of a Malnutrition Screening Finding Of At Risk Result or a Dietitian Referral. This means the logic will first identify if there is a Malnutrition Risk Screening Finding Of At Risk or a Dietitian Referral. If either is documented/ordered, then the most recent documented nutrition assessment result will be prioritized.       The logic from Measure Observation 2 (attached screen shot) appears unclear regarding when a Malnutrition Screening At Risk Result or Dietitian Referral is required:

      Based on the way the conditions are structured, I want to confirm whether the intended behavior is as follows:

      • If the Nutrition Assessment being selected is the most recent one for the Qualifying Encounter, then a Malnutrition Screening At Risk Result or a Dietitian Referral is not required.
      • A Malnutrition Screening At Risk Result or a Dietitian Referral is required only when the Nutrition Assessment being evaluated is not the most recent assessment.

      Can you please confirm whether this interpretation aligns with the measure intent?
