    • Vendors follow the guidelines in CMS's documentation when developing their measure logic. When CMS updates that documentation, vendors will be able to update the logic accordingly.

      I am inquiring as to whether CMS has updated their documentation to the reflect the solution provided in a previous ticket submitted by Deaconess Health System - for issue #CQM-5174.

      According to the ticket, a patient who refuses treatment should also be an exception. However, CMS has not updated their documentation accordingly. Is there an estimated timeline for when this will be updated?
