    • Thank you for your inquiry regarding CMS122v13 (2025 Performance Period). At this time, this measure is not specified to capture and exclude patients who are deceased. We will consider this exclusion for a future iteration of this measure.

    • We are currently validating our eCQM data for the 2025 MIPS reporting period.

      Our vendor is currently including patients who have been deceased during the reporting period in the numerator and denominator for MIPS APP Plus/MSSP ACO quality measure data. In the past when we utilized the CMS Web Interface, deceased patients were not included in our patient population, they were excluded from our MIPS quality measures and MSSP ACO measures. Should patients who become deceased during the reporting period be excluded from the eCQM measures?
