      For the Outpatient measure, the final ruling stated that for CY 2025 would be voluntary, and that mandatory reporting would begin with CY 2027 reporting.

      1. Will there be another final ruling to change this or will the above stay the same?

       

      2. When we submit our data files for this measure, will we be able to use a CSV file, QRDA file, or both?
