      Hello, 

      For RY 2025, CMS 506 specification has the exclusions for the patient receiving medication for opioid use disorder. For RY 2026 the specification changes to patient receiving medication for opioid use disorder with active OUD diagnosis or MAT. However, the current logic is not allowing to consider the medication only for OUD as an exclusion. Please let us know how we can capture the accurate data with the 2026 specification under reporting year 2025? thank you.
