The measure logic specifies that the opioids must be distinct, which means that they must have different RXNorm codes. Two different orders for the same opioid with the same RxNorm code would not count towards the numerator.

      Greetings,

      The numerator is "two or more opioids or an opioid and benzodiazepine at discharge".

      Are we counting two or more opioids (i.e. different opioids) or two different orders for opioids (this would include a discharge with two orders for the same opioid/RxNorm).
