      Thank you for your question about the test case for CMS1028/PC-07 Severe Obstetric Complications. Test case #188 IPPass - DelProcAtOBTriageStart is not a pure test. It passes because the test case also includes a relevant Datetime (see screenshot). You are correct that if there was only a Relevant Period - End Datetime, the test would not pass (second screenshot).

    • I am getting the value for initial population for this test case wrong.

      Question on test cased named 'DelProcAtOBTriageStart' for CMS1028v3 Severe Obstetric Complications.  This case is missing a delivery procedure start date and only has an end date. It does not have a single point pointInTime only part of a range.  So how does it make it into the initial population?  It doesn't have a start which is required according the specification below.   PCMaternal.Delivery Encounter with Age Range
