The release notes (https://ecqi.healthit.gov/ecqm/ec/2026/cms0137v14?qt-tabs_measure=release-notes) mention the following deletions:

      • Substance User Disorder (2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.106.12.1001): 18 SNOMEDCT codes (e.g., 191865004, 191867007)
      • Substance Use Disorder Long-Acting Medication Administration (2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.1156): 3 HCPCS codes (G2070, G2072, J0570)

However, these codes are still present in the VSAC value sets.

Request: Please clarify if this is an error in the release documentation or if we should rely on VSAC codes to include these “deleted” codes.
