If a Risk Assessment is titled "Risk for DVT" are the results allowable to use the same as "Risk for VTE" screening?  Are the terms "DVT" and "VTE" in this instance interchangeable?  In other words, would a "Low" Risk Result for "Risk for DVT" screening allow a patient to fall into the NUM as reason for no VTE prophylaxis?
