The specification guidance states this measure evaluates primary screening. If that is the case, why is diagnostic imaging included in the value set? There are LOINC codes for things like "MG Breast - Views Post Wire Placement" and "DBT Breast - left diagnostic for implant". Do those count as a primary screening?
