Our providers are unclear why patients screened negative for depression on PHQ9 would contribute to meeting the numerator. With better understanding of the Numerator, our reports can be viewed with more reliability.
Hi,
Why are patients who screened negative for depression included in the Numerator?
Why not only include in the numerator the patients who have been positively screened for depression AND have follow-up?
What is the point of including those patients who screened negative for depression in the Numerator?
