      Hello,

This question is for the measure CMS145v14, CMS135v14 and CMS144v14

In reference to the ticket- CS2376693, where we had asked if the most recent value of LVEF should be used in the calculation, though there is no mention of the most recent value LVEF to be used in the measure specifications for QPP 5, 7, 8 and 118.

The response was - "As stated by the measure steward the most recent documented LVEF should be used to determine denominator eligibility. We will work with the measure steward to see about making this update"

Can we consider the same response for the equivalent ECQM for the above QPP measures, i.e., CMS145v14 (QPP7), CMS135v14 (QPP5) and CMS144v14 (QPP8).

      Thanks
