      Since we are using the PY6 CMS2 metric as the priority depression screening metric in PY7 instead of DFS-E, does a negative PHQ9 still count as follow-up to a positive PHQ2? We uses the PHQ2 for depression screening, and if positive, the PHQ9 is done as follow-up the same day at the qualifying encounter.
