STEMI logic not capturing exclusion criteria for long term use of anticoagulants
Hello,
Patients who are on anticoagulants at home are not being captured for exclusion due to the value set NOT including ICD 10 codes that reflect long term use of anticoagulants.
For example: ICD10 Z79.01 'Long term (current) use of anticoagulant'
I am requesting the use of ICD 10 codes that reflect long term use of anticoagulant to be considered for addition to the value set.
